Help to identify Speedmaster pushers

Hi guys,

During these last months, I managed to buy some WM stocks with some - it seems - speedmaster pushers.
I'm not 100% sure about the references because there are some differences between them...

Do you know if there is a document or thread here that gives the complete dimensions for the different pushers ?

Moonwatch Only book has some dimensions in it in case you haven't already looked? (it's only on sale at Amazon if you're located in the USA, but not sure about elsewhere).

The MWO gives the cap dimensions (at least my early version). I am more looking for the other dimensions like the stem, neck, length…

Looks like the 2 on the bottom of the picture are originals fat neck 105.003 push in type so.

I need to make this kind of drawing for all of the references. It could be useful. 👍
