Can anyone advise where I can get a replacement screw that covers the battery for a Speedmaster Professionnal LCD ST 186.0004 ?
I’ve attached a pic.

Your local repair shop should have an unassorted bunch of screws, and a carefully chosen screw should work.

As an alternative, the screw's part number is 2686 according to this: https://www.cousinsuk.com/PDF/categories/4104_Omega 1615.pdf

I would check on eBay.
