Dials for the '71 are not easily available and can be quite expensive since they also fit '69 reference. Your best bet is to wait for a better example to come around. As someone said before, most of the money is in the dial.

Thanks for the input gents. If I did want to go with this example what is the likely hood of finding an original dial to replace this one with? The asking price for it places it between running and good on the Speedmaster 101 price guide for this referece, so if a dial could be found it would still make sense. The price is for the watch fully serviced with new plexi and crown and serviced pushers.

This watch, at the price you're suggesting, is not worth the effort. Just search/wait for a better example in the first place.
