You wouldn't win an auction with that bid though. $13,000 I think would be a good price, but the $27,000 being asked is a bit ambitious.

imo can be one of the cases that it will sits in a collectors shelf for decades and only move on after he or she pases away and family start
to inherit and will to sell it in a market base price or somethimg.

Maybe a stupid question: is a moon crater box correct to a -71 or -74?

Esse é do mestre Gravina.. Sabendo das peças e histórias dele, não tenho dúvida de que de fato seja NOS. Esse eu gostaria muito de ter!

Google Translator helped me to find out the meening:

"This is from Master Gravina. Knowing his pieces and stories, I have no doubt that this is indeed NOS. This one I would very much like to have!"

But who is Master Gravina?

I would say 71. The same style of cardboard box was used for Flightmaster’s and Chronostops in the years from about 1968-72

if it's a certified all original in that condition, it can be an auction piece which could pick up a surprising bid.

Douglas Gravina. Brazilian watch collector.

😲wow. The condition of the watch looks great.

The number on the paperwork fits, but the reference does not.

Do you have pictures from the inside (movement and caseback)?

Additional question: When (which years) did Omega use this seal?

When they ask 27k I start getting worried.

the thoughts on this watch have been interesting.
my final opinion is that its not going to be sold within next 10-20 years as mentioned before. Only a "special" buyer would do it and also
because seller doesnt care if sells or not.

Its the best way to achieve a price. It is a special watch and if money is no object it would be hard/impossible to find a better example.

@Adbraz As NOS as can be... Great watch with a matching 1171 bracelet with screwed links. What I can see from your pictures is a one in a million find. Buy it now!

And yes: the red seal is all original. 👍
There are members here on the forum with similar, if not better NOS 69 Speedies.
