Speedmaster doctor’s chrono: pulsations bezel, red tipped seconds hand (a nod to the red “12” on vintage medical watches) on a suede strap.

I built a 68 ultraman inspired speedy. I had a service dial from a 321 with applied logo and an orange hand of the proper length for an 861. It’s a fun watch. Looking to build something else soon.

So, this dial can be installed to modern hesalite pro? Where can I find this dial?

Here my custom Speedy built for me by @ChrisN. A tribute to a colour scheme used in the 1970's by Omega. Wearing it on a 1499 bracelet.

Here is mine ... A project 2998 watch that I bought from eBay about a month ago.

It has a 105.003 dial, relumed 2998 service hands, a telemeter service bezel, a movement from a 145.012 and an exhibition caseback.

I swapped the bezel for a DON, and added the 1035 bracelet. Here is the end result.

That's pretty neat, did you make that hand or is it available somewhere? Does swapping non-standard hands effect the timekeeping?

I made the hand myself. The rocket was custom made and then I mounted it to the hand and painted it. Works perfectly.
