Speedmaster Mark II with cal 321?

Hey guys I found this listing in Switzerland (not involved in any way) where somebody sells a Mark II with a 321 movement. The dial is also different to the normal Mark II Racing. Couldn't find any infos online. I was amazed to see that the bidding already reached such high prices.
I thought some of you guys maybe had some input or at least liked to see this special Mark II.

That has already been discussed here. It is a Franken. The value is in the Racing dial which is normally (but very rarely) seen in a -67 Pro.
