Movement at 17.7 million is a bit too early-bird...buuuuuuuuut... that dial (and really, who cares? I most certainly wouldn't). Just add case and bezel and easy to make some hands and *bazinga* ... a dream come true. I'm not certain this guy knew what he has...ad translation is very casual. Caseback seal is goop.
