@Buchmann69 just sent you a message.

I could not order these in the end, they cancelled my order. Any help on how to order the parts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
The special dials like the Japan Racing, Mitsukoshi, Apollo 11 35th and others are now available only on a 'return' basis, i.e. the individual with an Omega parts account has to return the old worn or damaged dial to Omega to get a new one. That's why your order was cancelled. There are still some of these dials floating around on the open market but they have become very expensive, I see a new one from a well known UK reseller for £3,300, which includes the hand set. Pretty pricey. So, you'll have to a) buy one of the still available dials on the open market, b) buy a modified Speedmaster that was done before this availability restriction, or c) buy an original Japan Racing dial watch that was sold in Japan, ca. 2004.

Yes I discovered all this recently so because of the cost of the dial from OMEGA, which is GBP 216 at current exchange rate, it just doesn't make any sense paying GBP XXXX for a dial. I'd rather buy the original JR watch. Any way project off and moving on to search for a 5 digit Rolex GMT. Thanks for the all the info in this thread.
