Speedmaster hour hand for moonwatch cal 861

Needing a single hour hand for 145.022 type, traditional cased Speedmasters.
As long as suitable for around a 1970 watch it’ll work.
New or beaten up, i’m not too bothered.
I’ll take a set if I have too but ideally just the hour hand.
I’m in the UK.
