Speedmaster Case Refinishing - sharpening, brushing etc.

Hello All,
I searched the forum and found some posts of people getting watch cases refinished at LAWW. I am curious if anyone has gotten Speedmaster Professional cases refinished, rebrushed, or dents filled. I have a 145.022-71 that was probably mostly unmolested until a recent polishing before I acquired it - so there is still a lot of steel. I don't NEED the dent filled, but would love to have the lugs "sharpened" and the distinction between polish and brushing more distinct. Any idea on cost to do this? Thanks for the help

I think they 'laser-cut' the edges.

Although the edges will look super sharp, do note that metal will be taken away - so the lugs do look a tad smaller than before. This is from my experience with the Rolexes.
