    Is there a difference in 145.022 cases or are they later service replacements? The cases I refer to have a thicker brushed side and it drops down by the lugs. I’ve seen this case on many Speedmaster on the sales section here but no mention of it’s a service replacement

    Thanks for your input. It does appear though that your thread didn't resolve it either. The past few 60's/70's speedmasters here have had different case profiles

    There are certainly variations between different 145.022 references. Not just between vintage and modern, but also between different vintage references.
