I would like to offer you today an Omega Speedmaster 3594.50 aka Broad Arrow or Reissue with a Caliber 1861 inside. I wore this piece with the utmost pleasure and enjoyment.
This piece got more and more attention in the last few years after Robert Jan and other people from Fratello Watches did articles on it. I personally think they are fantastic and overlooked pieces. The steel bezel makes it wear a bit nicer on the wrist. Because of the huge arrow hands, in particular the hour hand, are polished metal and also because of their large size, it creates a look that is truly dynamic.
Condition is overall great, no big scratches, just hairliners on the polished surfaces (which are absolutely impossible to avoid). It is a full set with box and papers but excluding the steel bracelet, which was not there when I purchased it.
Edit: there are scratches on the back of the watch on the lugs. That is surely result of a not too careful strap change, and were not caused by me. It is only visible if you happen to be changing straps and it does not alter the wearing experience, and it could probably be polished if the urge is there. So or so, I think it is worth mentioning! Here a shot.
I will give away two completely new and unused leather straps from @jankoxxx (Watch Strap Heaven on instagram) as freebies to the buyer.
I always wore this piece on a strap and as a racing chronograph it looks great, and the contrast between so much metal and leather works beautifully, I think. 👍
Originally I had bought it from a local collector from another german forum. There is a card mentioning a service done in November 2017 and a few papers stating the chronometric performance of the watch as well as a waterproof test. In my possession I have not serviced it and indeed the watch performed astoundingly well, losing around 2 seconds a day and the chronograph function starting, stopping and reseting without any issue, and with a power reserve of around 40 hours.
Price is 3.500€ (reduced from 3700€) excluding shipping.
Watch and I are located in Germany. A F2F deal can be arranged in eastern/northern Germany and payment can be done in that case either in cash or PayPal or through Wise.
During mid April I will be in London and a deal could be done there as well.
Deals within the EU are prefered, but I can ship to other places. Details are to be discussed with the buyer.
