Here's one of the pictures with the saturation and warmth toned down to a level I feel is more 'real life'

It looks to me like the dial lume was very dark and has been scraped.

The top photo is my 2911xxxx brown dial in sunlight. In the photo below, it is shown with two other -69s, black dial on the left, and a 2960xxxx that is less dramatically brown.
