I understand you're quite new to this 😀
The condition is good, vintage but not something I'd qualify as stunning. Let me explain my point of view, this watch has :
- A beautiful dial and hands -> that's great ! Maybe replaced but Tritium and correct 👍
- A redone case
- Probably service pushers and crown as mentioned by OP
- A quite worn and used caseback
- A wrong bezel (later service DNN part from the 90s)
Overall, it looks great but considering above, I'd reconsider your statement.
I spent the last day or so looking at early 145.022 online and finding one with much paint left on the bezel is quite the rarity.
It's actually quite common to see a -69 speedy with a cheaper, later replacement bezel nowadays. Considering that the correct DNN in a good condition would cost 500-700 USD 😀

I've seen pictures of watches with dot at the very bottom corner of the 70 but those two I have to stare and even then I'm not sure I see a difference. But I do notice that the 7 has a totally different font. Ireally never notice that before - thank you.
Could I ask you to look at mine please. I've never had the case opened so I have no idea whether it's a 145.022-69 or slightly later. Can you see anything that would tell me what I've got?
