·Unfortunately this one is a Speedmaster chrono hand and it is not the right one for the 145.019 that you have here.
No surprise that people replaced the original one with what’s available and works (same caliber). Doesn’t mean it’s correct 😉
It should be a straight white hand without tritium.

·I think it would look better with the straight white chrono hand, theres no lume to match and if thats a tritium second counter your replacing I expect you can come out ahead on the swap.
