So I stumbled upon this Seamaster:

    Hey,

    I recently saw this watch on an auction listed for 400 euros which made me wonder if it was geniune or not. The seller told me the wristband wasn't original. However, he didn't specify whether or not it was from Omega. What do you think? I truly think this watch is beautiful but I'm afraid it might be a fraud. Here's some photos:

    Not a fraud - looks like a decent piece with a nice original black dial. Case is a little polished and could use a new crown, but still worth going for IMO.

    The bracelet is an aftermarket champion bracelet.

    I see. What year would you estimate this piece was made? I haven't found the specifications of it while searching online.

    It's correct, probably ref. 2891.
