Small Chronograph #1: Omega 101.002

I've been hunting one of these ever since I saw Ash's - such is the power of the forum.

Some superbly executed details - the vertical grained-finish of the dial, more apparent in real life than in images, as Ash noted

The dial furniture ideally designed to catch the light

The whole creating depth and visual interest

Cal 320 within of course

Caseback - 101.002 is the same as Ash's 2872

Looks great and congrats on a fantastic find.
There is definitely is an issue with the influence of forums. I ask myself daily whether it is wiser to simply stay away...😕

...but slightly better preserved. Mine is not so immaculate, and has had a bit more polish than is good for it, but I do not quibble - I am happy to have one in my hands.
