SM 30 redial or phantasy?

Hi everyone,

I stumbled upon this SM 30 with cal 268. Read in another thread that 14389 is not a SM 30 case. Also, that a sub second is a phantasy dial on a military dial for a SM 30 or is it a redial? From when can it be and is it really worth 600+ GPB if it is a collection of different omega parts put together in one watch? Appreciate your opinions.

Following below link you can find HD pictures from the auction:

It’s a redial - a very bad redial.
The value for a collector is close to zero, but the movement and case is worth a little.
