    Hello,
a friend of mine contacted me today and asked me about a Seamaster 30, he saw at a vintage seller.
He is not in vintage Omegas and likes the look of this watch.
He has only made one single pic and send it to me, so it is not easy to decide, because I am not an expert for this kind of Omegas.
I saw the pic and my first impression: "surely a redial".
    1. T Swiss Made T on the bottom, but pure white lume on dial.
    2. Too clean for an old dial
I have no reference number, only this pic.
Are there any experts, who can confirm or falsify my impression?

    Here is the pic:

    Thank all for the help!
    Regards, Peter

It’s a fantasy dial- as in Omega didn’t make this dial. The watch itself may indeed be geniune but has been polished to the shape of lozenge. There were “technical” dials similar to this, also the Ranchero, but those go for real money.
I would avoid this even if it were cheap (which I’m guessing it’s not since it been tarted up for sale) as I fear what disaster lies under the hood

Doesn't look authentic to me. Way over polished.

Before I even opened this thread I knew exactly what kind of dial I would be looking at.

    It’s a very common redial.
