Following a Cronel watch incoming a couple of weeks ago, I Ianded this 38mm Monvis. The dial patina is superb looking.
nice examples can be had for 400-600 bills...and some know what they have and are priced higher a lot harder to score in the 100-200 range..compromises must be made gamut of brands and oddities to choose from. affordable fun for the most part with badass looking watches with patina
It took me a couple of weeks to find this one. Looked at quite a few. Some good dials and poor movements, some the other way around. This one was too good to let go!
My latest skin diver, black dial and blue bezel. 200m WR and steel case of around 39mm. These skindivares are wellbuilt and often very affordable And you should always wear them on a vintage tropic!
@rootbeer7 , no it isn’t a 60s watch but it was inexpensive, high quality, and to my eye attractive. And your handle is fitting:
Oh, please post a tropic. It did come with a strange very old swiss made rubber strap, but it was a little too big.
I have these 3 models, they often are refered to as Tropic sport, Tropic Original/Weave, Tropic star. But there is also a lesser known model called Tropic 2000 which I have never tested.
