Let's keep it simple

This thread is all about Seiko dive watches
, no fluff, no gatekeeping. Whether you’re rocking a vintage 62MAS that’s seen more ocean than Jacques Cousteau, chasing depth ratings with a modern Marinemaster, or just love the look of a beat up Turtle from the ’80s, this is the spot to share it. No need for fancy photography or essays just your watch, your story, and whatever it means to you.

Current models, old school grails, SKXs bought on a whim, or that PADI Monster you can’t stop wearing bring ’em all !!!

Great idea for a thread. OK if I share this? My compilation of the modern Turtles, which has helped me keep track of them. Hope it can be helpful to others...

62MAS is my favorite and at one point I had accumulated quite a few. Some of these have moved along and I'm now trying to curate a collection with one or two decent examples of each major variant (small crown, dolphin, horseshoe, Daini). Small crown is hard, but Daini is the hardest.

Another 62MAS

Recently acquired, coming back from service. The plexiglass and date wheel have been replaced. The original date wheel was heavily stained. I took the replacement one from a Seiko Skyliner (movement 6222A, sharing the same part).

Like @__ryan__ , I also like the so-called "slim Willard" ref 6105-8000/9. Here is a trio of a few of the many variations, resist/resist, proof/proof, and Daini.

SEIKO caliber 7002 case ref.# 7009 A1 SCUBA DIVERS

SEIKO CALIBER 7002A IS AN AUTOMATIC MOVEMENT WITH 17 JEWELS FOUND IN MANY PRE-SKX SEIKO DIVERS. THIS CALIBER WAS INTRODUCED IN THE LATE 1980S AFTER SEIKO STARTED TO PHASE OUT THE PRODUCTION OF THE CALIBER 6309 AROUND 1988. SEIKO PRODUCED THE 7002 UNTIL CIRCA 1996 WHICH IS WHEN THE CALIBER 7s26 WAS INTRODUCED.

I won't spam you with all my divers but Sporky and Caesar are a couple of favourites. Love the solidness and the finish.

Now only these nice Willard, Turtle and 7002

Keep looking at 62MAS but have trouble evaluating them
But I enjoy this reissue SPB 147 with brown dial and gold furniture
