I have a 6.3inch wrist. The fois has a smaller case size, but the lug to lug is slightly more than moonwatch professional. Does both these watches look too big on my wrist ?.

In truth, yes. Maybe try the 38mm speedy.

Here’s both on my tiny wrist. I don’t think they are too big at all. Part of the reason I don't go for precious metals, half of the links come out anyway.......

Yes. In person it wears smaller. I was surprised. It doesn't look big on you as well. Which one do you like more? Fois or classic

For a one watch speedy purchase, go for the classic. FOIS is hard to read at times. But I myself would have the white dial if I only had one.
Oh yeah, go for hesalite and save a grand, plus IMO it makes the black dial look better.

They always fit different when bracelet is fitted. When trying these on, having sales rep take an extra watch glove, ball it up, and stuffed under the clasp to take up the slack.

As for which one, that's a tough one. The FOIS dial has the wonderful bluish slate dial, but the hands are tough to read in certain lights. The professional is legible from any angle and light. Also lends to any strap of any color from Nato to leather. It will give you a bunch of different looks.

Having both hesalite and sapphire, tend to like the hesalite which gives the dial a warm. Plus a thing of polywatch and you can polish out any scratches easily.

It’s too big. With your wrist size, 39mm is the absolute largest I’d go.

Does my lug look big in this?
The Rover on Mars shot does no good, only shows the thickness of the watch. As for the bracelet, looks now like it was sized. The lugs aren't looked at for thickness but if they overhang the wrist from a top down shot If you measure your wrist across on the top

Best way is to take the picture in a mirror from a few feet away as the up close shots are deceptive. This will give you a good idea if it works proportionally for you. Another is with the arm outstretched and from the top down. In essence, you're trying to capture the diameter of the watch and the lug length across the wrist to see if it's proportional.

Some watches wear bigger, some smaller Depends on the watch, dial color, bezel, and if it's on a bracelet or strap.

Attached a few pics which show the difference in distance and different sizes (41mm, 40 mm, 42 mm) one on rubber, two on bracelets)

The other thing is the plastic wrap around the head of the watch throws it off a little. The whole thing comes down to if the diameter is pushing the limits of the wrist, it might be too large. Also advise trying it on the bracelet and on a strap to see how visually it differs. Nato straps are another option which shrinks the size.

Another question, have you tried the reduced compared to the professional? Have a friend with the same issue of smaller wrists and the reduced looks great where the professional looks too big. He's tempted with FOIS because of the size but runs into the the hands disappearing. But loves the 38 mm Aqua Terra where the 41 mm is too big for him.

So it's what's you're comfortable with. But can't force a watch because you'll get buyer's remorse. Also, might look at pre-owned since you'll find the watch at a discounted price. If it doesn't work for you, then can always resell it and not take a big hit.

I'm going to disagree with some of the above, I have only a slightly bigger wrist (~6.5"), and the Speedy Pro fits great, and I can wear bigger stuff too. IF you're concerned about the size, the strap can definitely make it look/feel less bad.

I'd suggest getting the Pro or FOIS, as both are great watches (in black or white!, get what you'd love!), and you'll love them forever. I find the Reduced speedies aren't quite Speedmaster enough to fill the itch. They are neat, but I see a ton of folks on Reddit buy and quick sell them as they realize that.
