Is this 45mm omega seamaster planet ocean too big for my wrist?

For me, if the lugs hang over the side of your wrist, then it’s too big. No different than if you choose a Tupperware lid that’s too big for the container. Your photo seems to be at the edge of a comfortable size, so just enjoy it. If you haven’t tried a smaller watch, then check one out for comfort - assuming that yours is pre-purchase question.

From the photo, I would consider that inside the acceptable range. Not by much, though. But size is very much in the eye of the beholder. If you think it's too big--it's too big. If you think it's fine--it's fine.

And if I, a random guy on the internet, tell you it is too big, will you sell the watch (if you already own it) or not buy the watch (if you still haven't got it)? You value the collective decision of random people more than your own? If you like it, keep / buy it.

As someone who also suffers from slim wrists……no.

For my tastes, it’s too big, but as others have said, what matters most is how it looks to your eye.

It's subjective, but I think it looks just fine.

Looks ok particularly if you are using a wide angle phone lens to take the picture.

Must be too big and heavy to the point where your camera is not able to focus 😂

I jest, looks fine to me.

Does it look too big for me?

Is this the watch enthusiasts equivalent of when your woman asks “does my arse look big in this dress?” Warning ⚠️ there is no correct answer! If yes reply with “Yes” then you’re accused saying she has a fat arse, and if you say “No” then you are accused of being a liar!

Lucky for the women, and some watch enthusiasts, some people like big arses these days! So as you said, truly no right answer.

I think the correct responce is " Wow ! Hot Dang! " or equivalent in your language.
