The only way it works is if I let something go and that’s probably a five digit Sub.

Do you really want a watch that stands out when you can just keep the sub and be like everyone else?

Plus, who needs the aggravation of arguing with every wanker who says their sub is better than Omega's Co-Axial escapement, Certified Master Chronometer approved by METAS, that is resistant to 15,000 gauss?

Trust me, it's just not worth it.

And don't forget, just keep that sub tucked away and it will be worth way more in the future. Isn't that what watches are all about?

Exactly my sentiments and said better.

My watch is a safe queen, I would never take it anywhere adventurous or risky, and I would never suffer it to be scratched, heaven forbid.

But what summer blue would he wear? Did he have enough wrist to lug a ploprof around?

Plopof was my immediate first thought. He would have gone for the loudest he could have fit on his wrist, and then I doubt he would have said anything else about it.

Well, the deal is done, and I shall be exchanging my Sub for a PO Summer Blue. I’m happy with that deal. I could probably get more selling the Sub privately but this should be a nice easy transaction. I cannot wait. It really is the most stunning watch I’ve ever seen!

Congrats! It's a special watch.

Fits great, attractive and unusual looking, premier movement, and celebrates an anniversary. It's got that vibe that says this is a watch I can see wearing a long time.

And it’s here. Having to wear this a bit higher on my wrist than I do normally so taking a bit of getting used to. I think it looks good though. It’s a stunner IMO!

Saw one in the SFO duty free watch boutique for $5700 yesterday ... it sat in my head for awhile and I almost went back, but I like getting my fancy stuff from OBs, so didn't, but will definitely be taking a look at my OB this week!
