Nice example! Finding the 19mm endlinks for the BoR (they use the same 5-rows as the other watches) is quite the challenge. It's 17 or 517 endlinks and they are few and far between. A thin decagonal crown, though, isn't hard to find and will make a significant difference on the appearence.

Also joining the jumbo club, with this quite rare crosshair 14777. The crown is yet not satisfying, also in need of a original beads of rice 19mm bracelet.
Lovely mint dial, serial number 19million range. Case in fine and sharp condition! Dreamed a long time of this one as the 14393 a bit to small for my wrist.

14777 vs 14393
Cheers
Congratulations on your Jumbo. Why not sourcing a genuine BoR for your 14777?

My 168.001 was lately fitted with a generic BoR, bought for 25USD off the Bay. Lots of trimming to make end links properly seated in.

I sourced already a decagonal crown, but somehow it doesnt fit properly (seems to short for the stem). A Omega BoR with 17 Endlinks im trying to source atm, but as you said, they are hard to find.

Lovely with those onyx inlays. That BoR fits also well!

The stems are adjusted for every reference, they’re only specific for a movement, not for a case. So a certain crown might command a slightly longer stem than another one, even though they’re both on identical cases and movements. Not uncommon at all, just get a new stem (<20$ on eBay, usually) and have it shortened for your new crown.

Latest new addition, another ribbon dial 14777 in SS. My second of this dial reference combination. Dial not perfect but still very nice. Much better than my other example(last image).

Found this example ~7yrs ago.

My second jumbo (i already have 14777).
This time 168.001 with the matching BoR bracelet No.12 and 17 Endlinks.
Lovely dial in very good condition, case quite ok but the hands need some work.
