Should I relume the hands on my Seamaster?

Hey guys so I have a Seamaster where the lume on the hands has started to disintegrate. One hand has the lume intact where as the other is basically all gone. In this case would a relume be beneficial or do collectors still prefer the original radium even though it is basically fallen off? You can see below the minute hand has lost all of the lume except for small fragments and the hour hand is still intact. If I did get it relumed it would be non glowing and color matching to what it is.

If it bothers you have the hands painted(relumed) to match.

Not sure it would affect value either way but probably an improvement if done well.

Are those hands original to that watch?

I don't recall seeing that type on an early front loading Seamaster and they look strange to me. Before looking at whether or not to relume, I'd want to confirm the hands.
