Is it solid gold, gold-capped or plated?

More importantly, do you like the style? It is not particularly loved by collectors.

Quartz? Doesn’t appear to be running in the sequence of pictures. Considering this at $720.00? Really?

I think the decimal is in the wrong place. Seventy two is about what this is worth. And that is pushing it.

We're not telling you what to like, we're just telling you what the realistic market is for these. Even in solid gold $720.00 is close to melt value.

You’re new here. Welcome! Consider haunting these pages and peruse the watches that are shown. You’ll develop a feel for what is available, and perhaps an idea of prices. You’ll likely find other watches that appeal to you, and you might well wonder what you saw in the subject watch.

FWIW I don’t find the watch unattractive (though it’s not my style) and if it’s in good working order and an automatic (rather than a quartz), and if you really like it, then it might be a decent value at about… $400ish? Is the price negotiable?

Don’t know how much watch experience you have, but one thing to be aware of with a two-hander like this (meaning no seconds hand): since there’s no easy-to-see constant motion to observe on the dial, the watch can feel rather sterile and dead. You don’t really appreciate that seconds hand until it’s gone. 😀

The Patek Ellipse is similar to this design, and since Keanu Reeves has been sporting one the look is catching on. But still, don’t over pay. I like the shape of the watch, but as noted above, the lack of a second hand may disappoint

$720 seems to be $700 too much to me.

But, You do You

Maybe this is a competition of some sort or maybe we are part of a Master's Thesis in mob psychology

But, then again.....this might just be a random dude/dudette in a basement with not much to do with lots of time on their hands.
