Sharing new acquisition. Bezel not turning

Good afternoon,
I just received a new watch, a vintage Omega Seamaster 120. It is all original from what I can tell, just needs a clean up and a service. The bezel is not turning. What do you guys think of it? Any idea how to approach the bezel problem?

I'd start with cleaning 😁

Cleaning should solve the bezel issue. Years of junk under the bezel get these seized up. Easily rectified as part of the service.
