I would keep testing it for a few days and see what the failure rate is. Sometime glitches do happen. Make sure watch is fully wound. If you can repeat failure, then take it in. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect new 1861 or credit against a 3861, but it’s not really ADs fault so they should engage Omega on your behalf or you can contact Omega directly too.

I was able to repeat the failure last night and recorded it on my cell phone.

I met a guy at an Omega boutique over summer.

I messaged him and asked him what he thinks.

He asked where Jared has been sending my watch and I told him that they just said they will send it to "Omega."

He asked me for the serial number and said he would get back to me.

I'm waiting on that.

And considering contacting the service center myself and see what they say.

Okay, my friend from the Omega boutique got back to me and told me that my watch was indeed serviced by Omega, twice already.

He said that if I send the last little warranty repair card that they gave me, with the watch, they should take care of it.

However, as some of you mentioned, I tired the chronograph multiple times again, and I haven't been able to replicated the problem.

I wonder if something had to be broken in after service or something.

I plan on using it daily and using the chrono frequently to see what happens.

If it happens again, I'll send it in.

A repaired watch doesn't need to be broken in. Just wear it and keep an eye on it, and always make sure the watch is fully wound, until the crown won't turn any more. I believe a fair number of new owners aren't fully winding their watches and having issues due to low power.

Thanks Evitzee.

I always wind the watch till the crown stops, as I did that day.

Though I admit, I learned about winding it till it won't go anymore, from this forum, before I owned a Speedy.
