My great-aunt knitted me this in 1972. Note the baby blue. Still my favorite and still like new (except the zipper).

I’m 14 or 15 here, so it’s ~’83/84. This is the oldest photo I’ve found so far where I know the watch I’m wearing - Lorus quartz diver. Loved it! It paired well with my huge glasses and solar calculator, not shown.
