Picked up an SKX013 recently on the rubber strap. Swapped out the strap for the Strapcode oyster bracelet that was made for the SKX and very happy with the quality and fit.

Have to say the 013 fits amazingly well on my 6.25” wrist, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable diver with slim wrists.

Just ordered my first ever Seiko - TBH, until I saw an SPRC6? I've never really seen a Seiko I fancied, then found a watch with 2 versions I wanted, SRPC63 & SRPC68 'bottle cap', got a few watches in blue so went with the '68 for its chocolate dial and gold(ish) bezel and I certainly don't want a Seiko bracelet 😗.

I know it won't be to every ones taste, but I always like something a bit different!

Just saw those in mass drop. That’s a lot of movement for that price!!

I really like that brown and gold look.
I like to use a medium brown leather band on any watch that has noticeable gold, even if it's just the markers and hands.

Was thinking about the back story of this watch earlier - I may well post a separate thread with some other pics soon.

Bought on Ebay from its previous - and only - owner, whose brother had bought it in Dec 1970 as a present for him. He wore it every day for 35 years then threw it in a drawer. I had it brought back to life (for 1.5x the cost of buying it...) and it's one of my favourite watches.

June 1970 Proof Pogue, 6139A movement, 2-piece chrono hand, notch case...

I picked up this SPR91K Save The Ocean Prospex on Presidents Day sale at Macys.
20% off all watches for Feb, 20% for signing up for Credit Card, and 20% off for Presidents day sale, PLUS 60 "Star Dollars" which oddly enough equates to 60 real dollars off any other purchase, so out the door cost on it was 190$!!!!
How can you go wrong?
