I was just offered this Seiko Bullhead 6138-0040. I always liked this model, hence I’m wondering if it would be a good purchase.

I’d appreciate advice on its case condition, originality of hands, etc
To me it looks fine. My main doubt is whether the bracelet is correct

Price is $560

 

To me, it looks like a Japanese domestic specification bracelet.
