@sathomasga
Thanks for that info. Very useful. I must admit, I'm quite tempted by the OEM bracelet for the SRPJ81. I think that the style suits the watch well. On the other hand, the Seiko Snoopy is also a bit of a strap monster and it's fun experimenting with different straps, especially on quick release spring bars.

I've been eyeing Strapcode's Miltat tapered shark mesh bracelets for a long time, but they never seemed to have my size, and they cost a bit more than I would have liked to spend. After a few months I saw some on AliExpress with an identical clasp. It seems they may have "borrowed" some photos from Strapcode's site, in fact. I took a chance, and although the clasp was nice, sadly, it wasn't tapered and was too bulky for my wrist. So I sent it back and got another one 2mm too small, then used a screwdriver to gently spread the mesh to taper it out to 20mm. Brushed it with a Scoth Brite pad, and voila!
I'm pretty happy with the outcome, and for about $100 less than Strapcode (though theirs is more tapered - 20 to 16mm rather than 20 to18).

Mi SRPK25K1 arrived today and instantly changed it to a hybrid-rubber. Good for the upcoming beach holiday

And thereafter maybe looking for a steel bracelet. Nato is not mine...

Fun watch. Love the Peanuts gang. This would be my grail watch as a kid.
