found this seamaster watch from local forum and asking for usd1,000. I would like to seek advice on whether it is a genesis Omega watch or not. Also afraid it came with reprinted dial. Please comment, go or not-go...

Thanks a lot.

It looks in perfect condition, all small chamfers present, perfect dial, hands, the back is original and impeccable.. I feel it's worth paying around double what a dect one sells for if in such a condition. I guess I'm in the minority but I feel it's a great buy! I would rather have this than a so so better model.

It would have to be near-NOS in order to justify that price and has slight marks on the steel and quite patinated hands. A great example for wearing, but not at this price, IMO.

Yea... I guess I agree with you. It still looks really nice though.

Nice looking watch though. I like the textured dial.
