As I only saw the 168.045 with Constellation on top and Omega on bottom, I am sure your dial with movement comes from the integrated bracelet model. That means, someone melted down this wonderful gold watch, what minimizes your chance to find a case.
Buying a steel watch, they are less expensive, and replacing the dial to gold, may not be an option.
