Search function does not work for reference number

If I want to search this forum for a specific reference number, say 215.92.40.20.01.001, I get an error. Would it be difficult to amend the search function to allow for that?
I note that this works perfectly fine on other forums.
I can hardly be the only one that ever wanted to scour the forum for a specific watch?
I know that I can, to some extent, get reasonable results if I enter my search with pluses, such as "omega+planet+ocean+39.5", but it is not the same as searching for the reference number.

Use google and the site function.
