Why does a round "S" make you think it's a redial? Maybe a better question is: What clues can you find that might suggest an original dial?

The coat hanger S existed on 50s to early 60s seamasters. After which the rounded S is used. The dial on this watch isn’t refurbished imo.
Is this one of those unusual "SWISS MADE T" pieces with lume in the hands and none on the dial? Or is it just hard to see the lume on the dial? The dial looks ok to me, by the way.
