·I would like to share an experience I had with a seller on eBay known as Seamaster66 here on Omega Forums.
On November 12th I won an auction on eBay.de concerning a Omega Speedmaster 105.012-66 CB DON with caliber 321.

This auction was posted by eBay user verynicethings666, known here on Omega Forums as Seamaster66. Check this topic to verify he is this user on eBay; https://omegaforums.net/threads/168-022-67-seamaster-chronometer-and-bracelet-in-18k-gold.28924/
Immediately after winning the auction I sent Seamaster66 a message asking if it was possible to pick up the watch in person and what form of payment would have his preference.
After 2 days I received an reply. In this message Seamaster66 claimed that during packing for shipment his youngest son grabed the watch and dropped it. Result; broken glass and the watch stopped working. We didn't agree on a form of delivery/shipment, so I don't know why he would pack it for shipment. Also he didn't answer any of my questions which I asked him after winning the auction.
He said he would have the watch checked in a day or 2 and send me a message as soon as he knew more. In the following days I asked for pictures of the damage and outcome of the check. He didn't reply on any of these messages and canceled the sale on November 18th.
Probably the final price of the auction was disappointing for him and the above was his way to get out of the sale. I am very disappointed with this seller, I wanted to share this with you.
