Hello, does anybody know if it is possible for an authentic Seamaster ref. 135.011 to have a 611 caliber and no "Seamaster" or "Seamaster 600" inscription on the dial? It isn't listed on the vintage omega database. I've found one for a good price, and i think that it is quite beautiful, but I'm a little worried that it's a so-called frankenwatch. The pictures are of the watch in question. Thanks in advance.

Yes the dial is a legitimate variation.

The condition isn’t great though so unless it’s cheap and you’re using it as a beater, I wouldn’t be jumping on it.

Are we certain that the hands are original to the watch? It looks like a set that is normally used in the Genève line. Otherwise, I agree. It's not the most desirable variant, and the condition could be a whole lot better.

What is the asking price?

I didn’t look that closely as although the dial is correct, it’s poor so I wouldn’t buy consider it.

You’re right though, they perhaps look like 135.070 hands.

It would be as a beater, but probably a bit too costly at that, asking price is around 350 in usd. Thanks for the response 😀

Around 350 in USD, I'm guessing that's too much? What would you think is a fair amount of money to give for it?

So that’s around £300. I wouldn’t pay that for it.
Tbh I wouldn’t buy it at all but I could see the argument in paying 150 as a beater. Certainly not at 350 as with patience and slightly more funds you could buy a nice SM600
