Huh?

They have always sold well...

I was thinking the TinTin was not loved at launch, and was available for 1/2 the price of a new Hesalite for years after being disconituned. Then some people had a vested interest and IMHO manipulated the market to get them in the 15-20 k range... They are dropping a bit I see. I see some other people trying to make the Apollo 17 40th edition a thing.... good luck selling at over 8k IMHO... let alone 20 lol.

Moon to Mars would most likely have growth potential once we go to mars.. but those dials are not aging well with red mars fading to green....

Now in the case of the Nekton.. it is interesting and derivative of a Yachtmaster, but if you're looking for cool Seamaster limited editions that you can get for a great price, I would look at the ETNZ watches... those are amazing unique pieces that are still easy to find in the various generations it was offered.

Yeah you could - just not for a profit.

This idea that a used watch is worth more than it was when new is a very very new idea.

And in reality affects very few brands and very few models.
