A couple of questions.

1. Does this look real? A friend/client said he bought it at a jewelers in ft worth as a wedding gift to himself.
2. Any issues visible?
3. What would it cost to fix the band and can the boutique do it?
4. The bezel is stuck, i assume this is a easy fix.
5. What reference is this?
6. Any warning signs?

The case measures approx 40mm at the bezel and 46.8mm with the crown

This model has the serial number on the back of one of the lugs. Can't tell from the pics, but it looks like it's there.

That is one beat up 2254.50. Looks legit but is need of a lot of TLC at the service center. Omega can polish the case and make it look much better but I'm thinking it will still have some battle scars. If needed, a crystal is about $172, bezel assembly $278. Dial looks okay, hands are part of the service. Not sure how much they can do to restore the bracelet, a new 1610/930 runs $680. Could be a pricey service... but it is a Peter Blake and they are classic. Incidentaly, the case back can also be replaced if you want the personalized engraving gone.

The bracelet has had it, replacing may be the only option.
If the bezel is stuck and gauging by the look of the bracelet and the rest of the watch, it looks to be well worn. Most likely a daily wearer. By someone that does not mind getting his hands dirty👍, a tradie or such.
I do not think I am far of to say it needs a full service and 'd take it to Omega for an inspection and quote.

He is a machinist. Definitely a daily wearer.

I'm trying to figure out how much to him toward the attorneys fees.

So the bracelet is not repairable?

I'm timing it so I'll be able to see what it's doing over the next few days.

I wonder how he broke the bracelet and if the watch hit anything on the way down

Yes. Purely a collector thing, nothing official.

The same Peter Blake.
Peter Blake appeared in Omega brochures advertising this watch (and others I believe) and so the name Peter Blake stuck with this watch.

I'd replace that end link (930) then all you need is the proper pin and tube to hold it on.

But really the answer is to send the whole thing to Omega and find out what they'll charge for a restoration, and it won't be cheap.

If you've taken it in trade and trying to determine what it's worth, I'd say $1000. It needs at least that much in work to make it acceptable, and likely more.

That's what I was thinking. It's a hot mess

Its definitely not running. Runs a bit and then stops

Then it's worth whatever a service costs, in my opinion. Not running, it's just a paperweight.

Omega charges a flat rate of $550, which this watch will take a lot more to get it looking decent. I'd consider making you an offer on it but I'm wearing one right now.

Most likely never had a service in its life.
The red tip on the second hand has not faded much though, something very common for it to fade.

It's definitely a project, or money-hole, depending on how you see it. It's the kind of thing I'd make an offer on if I came across, but I'm a guy whose 'man cave' is literally one 'project for a hobby' after another. Really depends on what you'd like to get out of it; IMHO.
