Seamaster Cosmic is it a redial?

Hi I would appreciate if someone can help me find out if this watch is a redial, it is a seamaster cosmic 166022-t00l105.

I am a bit skeptic of the dots on the hours, as a I have seen a similar watch on Chrono 24 which does not have the dots: https://www.chrono24.com/omega/omeg...24189742.htm?searchHash=cdcaf213_QoAevT&pos=3

Take a look at the "Swiss Made" on the Chrono 24 watch. No "T"s.
Your watch is "T Swiss Made T".
"T" - Tritium which is the lume dots and the lume on the hands.

If this is a redial, then it's a really good one. I don't see anything that points towards a redial.

While I agree it's not a redial, it's not in particularly good condition, rather unappealing to my eye.
