Hi, I’ve been offered this watch without box or any papers or history whatsoever. I think it looks alright, but I know there are many fakes around. Can anyone spot any red flags?

I'm not up on these late model jobbies but it looks ok to me. However I would open the thing up if you don't know the guy you're getting it from. Why do you call it a "600"?

As an owner of the blue version of this model, this looks legitimate to my eye but a little beat up.

However, if the owner is calling it a “Seamaster 600”, I would be highly skeptical of its ownership history.

Here is the Omega model reference number: 212.30.41.20.01.003

Belated thanks for helping out. Watch is great after a little visit to the watchmaker.

Definitely check to make sure it isn't a stolen piece.
