Wow this is a surprise, had no idea this was coming.

Off the cuff first reaction is meh. I feel like the orange indices look unbalanced. The only thing I like is the orange strap, I'd rock that on a normal black SMP for something different.

I'd have preferred to see an orange bezel instead of orange indices.

It does feel a bit ‘end of the line’ endless a variations before a refresh.

I actually prefer the subtle orange on the dial but not keen on the orange strap or mesh (as usual). Actually prefer the non wave dial mind you.

Reminds me of my favourite PO

Interesting that they brought a non-wave dial again. Reminds me of the 3rd gen. SMPc.

Agreed. The orange indices surrounds at 3-6-9-12 don’t look that good. If it just had the Seamaster text and seconds hand in orange, it would be a sharp looking watch. As is, it’s just a mess.

I’m a big fan of this. Glad to see the wave dial gone, love the no-date, and dig the orange. Wish it came on a bracelet other than mesh, but that’s easily sorted. Fantastic release, imo.

Agree about the extra orange indices. Makes it a bit toyish.

The 3rd gen. had just the right amount of color (red in this case) IMO; which makes it more elegant/cleaner than the current SMP300 lineup.

I kinda like it! I won't end up with one, but I think it looks pretty nice. At least middle-of-the-pack for the 300ms.

Wonder if the mesh is to keep costs down? I'm assuming the Bond bracelet costs more to manufacture than the mesh one.

Same. I think it looks nice but also not a fan of the mesh. I don't like it enough where I have to get one but would definitely consider it if I wanted a Seamaster Pro.

Whilst I do like the 3rd gen (& that awesome case back) the 3pm date I dislike, & that fact they didn’t bother putting an indice next to it! Also hands seem ill proportioned compared to the newer gen. The ghost numerals on the ceramic bezel another win.

Big bonus on the lack of Reece’s pieces HEv

Now if they produce a no date version with the gloss dial ill be all in.

Personally I like it & would like to see it in person next to the no date wave dial.

If available for below £4k makes a nice summer watch. Again I’d loose the orange strap and think it looks good on the black rubber or black nato.

Still think it’s a stop gap until the new gems are announced .

fixing the lack of pictures in this thread.

I'm really liking this variation. Subtle but still wonderful. Also, this new dial is quite nice too.

My hope is that, moving forward, Omega will offer the quick release feature on all of their straps and bracelets making it much easier to pick and choose even on a daily basis.

Since they have some left over orange paint, it’s time for a new PO 😬.

So does this mean the NTTD Is the new gen seamaster? This is like The 6th variant of the bond watch 🤔

Who knows. Right now we have a ceramic wave dial, an aluminum wave dial, and a no wave lacquered/varnished dial all co-existing.

I wish that orange strap fit my Planet Ocean.
You can always go aftermarket. Zelande makes a nice orange rubber strap that should fit the PO.

What's next? a ceramic wave dial with blue indices? and after that a no-wave/varnished dial with yellow indices? and further a green one with ceramic bezel but varnished dial? 🤪🤪🤪👏👏👏
