Not the best pic but if you like the Sub, you'll handle the 42mm SMP very well, for me personally I prefer the slightly bigger case, looks better on the wrist, the PO are much thicker, while the SMP is thinner
This has got to be the sexiest picture i have ever seen!!! I have the SMP, I want the TT Sub in Black

Looking at my SMPs though I keep forgetting how monstrous they look next to the subs.

Eyes on the road...
It’s hard to keep them focused on the road just looking at the lumes pop up under a tunnel haha

First time poster.

What do you guys think of the Omega Master 300 titanium with a blue dial? My version has just been discontinued and replaced with a SS version. Different dial, bezel insert and seconds hand.

I wear it mainly on a blue Omega Nato strap with grey edging.

Do you think it will go up in value? Paid £4,950 for it (retail was £6,950) from Ernest & Jones just before one of the lockdowns. They had a flash sale and I took advantage of it, as I had coveted the watch for a while.

Current watches Panerai 8 Day, Rolex Non Date Ceramic Sub, Rolex GMT ‘Batman’, Rolex Daytona, Rolex Datejust (blue dial) and Seiko ‘Turtle’ sunburst grey dial.

Omegas owned, sold but not forgotten - Omega Seamaster James Bond 300 quartz, also owned automatic models (blue dial, black dial and titanium). Casino Royale PO, 42mm PO, Titanium blue dial PO, Reduced Speedmaster and ‘pre Bond’ Seamaster.

im not a fan of vintage inspired watches, and a date in obligatory for me, i much prefer a PO or a SMP

I am really enjoying mine. I wear it practically daily. I plan on keeping it and passing it down (purchased new to celebrate a major event) and therefore not really worried about re-sale. My sons can ponder that many (hopefully) years from now!

Yep totally get that. There is something nice about getting a new watch, I could tell you a few horror stories about some of the Rolex’s I’ve bought historical on the grey market from well know dealers. I will only deal with AD’s now.

I really like the simplicity of this watch. I’m a big fan of the PO as well, but I like the size of this one and the uncluttered dial. Wears really nice in the wrist and the micro adjustment on the deployment clasp is easier than the one on my Sub.

I love clear case backs, it does matter if it makes the watch a couple of mms thicker

Just watched it, like it a lot, very detailed, I still like much more the proper SMP over the NTTD
