I'm seriously considering a seamaster 2561.80 I've seen listed, but wondering about the size on the wrist.
omegawatches.com gives the case size as 36.25mm but perhaps appears a little bit larger with the crown guards. Just wondering if anyone has an opinion and/or if anyone owns one? Thanks.

I have the automatic version, can't remember the reference number, in 36mm.
My wrist size is 15.5-16cm
For reference, here is the fatty chrono version (41mm) on my small wrist

Many thanks, that's really helpful. My wrist is close to 17.5, albeit a bit 'bony', but the photos give me a really good idea of how it would look. Love my speedy (41mm) but have always thought that it looks a little bit too large on my wrist. Onwards!

It is all about the lug to lug distance really, and how straight they are.

The Chrono ones are a bit curved down, so wrap somehow my small wrist.

Had a MoonSwatch, and the lugs were too straight for my wrist, and I didn't like how it look.

Good points....I guess it's go ahead with this one, which is in sound condition, or bide my time until I can find a decent 2531.80.
Sold on the blue dial/bezel quartz, though.

I think it wears small, and because of the bezel the dial is v small. Ive had the 36mm and the 41mm. 36mm was too small imo. 16.8cm wrist. Ymmv
