Hello!

Just got my Seamaster 2054.50 back from a full service by Omega at Secaucus, NJ.
The main problem I was having was the old crown would hardly screw down at all, barely a quarter turn! The old crown tube, stem, and crown was replaced.

What is the experience of this forum with Seamaster screw down crowns of the 2054.50 era? Are the crown threads easy to damage/strip?
