·With the arrival of what I thought was an unobtainable vintage blue snowflake submariner dream turned unexpected reality, I am continuing my consolidation mood. Truth be told I was already thinking of letting this particular watch go as I just don't reach for it, and my new arrival has accelerated the timeline to sell. So....
Up for sale is my Omega Seamaster Pro 300m 2054.50 watch in great to excellent condition, having been serviced June 2025, and will be offered in an Omega red service / presentation box. This watch is the same watch head, movement, etcetera, as the reference 2254.50 known to collectors as the "Peter Blake" but with the 5-link traditional Seamaster Professional bracelet. The watch appears to be in unpolished honest condition with minimal light scratches. It truly is a wonderful watch and I'm a bit hesitant to part with it, but as I said, I don't find myself reaching to wear it. I've probably worn it a total of a week or two in total days during my ownership.
Asking $3500 USD net to me or best reasonable offer.
The watch went through a full overhaul service by Kelly Hunter @ The Art of the Watch last June 2025 to ensure everything was in working order. I've listed the work that was performed below and I will include a copy of the service receipt to the buyer. All parts that were replaced were replaced with genuine Omega parts. I had planned to utilize the watch in the Ocean, so I elected at the time of service for the case service kit from Omega to ensure depth rating compliance. Although, I never ended up diving with it or taking it in the water, my over-preparedness is your gain.
Included in the sale are the following:
Further info on the watch can be found in my new arrival thread I created when I purchased the watch as well as movement photos prior to service.
Please review all photos as they are the best to view the condition of each of the items. I prefer to sell this to a US domestic buyer but happy to discuss if one of our fellow OF international members is particularly intrigued. I will also eventually list this watch on eBay pricing accordingly there for the inevitable shenanigans that are to be expected of eBay buyers but would be happy to see this stay in the OF family.
Also, if you're looking to have a vintage oyster style bracelet look with this watch it can always be paired with an Apollo-Soyuz oyster style Speedmaster bracelet 1168 / 633 reference or the "poor man's" version of this bracelet. I'm also offering one of those separately. If that's of interest, send me a PM and we can figure out a bundle deal.
Terms:
Price - All prices net to me in USD as listed above for each item but I welcome OBRO (I'm open to hearing offers, if you're interested send a private message)
Accepted payment methods - Zelle or PayPal F&F
Shipping - Shipment cost not included but I do my best to keep it economical with a preference to ship USPS Priority if domestic address but open to buyer's preference as well. International members, if you're really keen please reach out and we can discuss options.
Watch and I are in the US (Southern California) - Happy to meet up for a face to face transaction if that would be preferred.
No returns, unless it can be demonstrated that something was grossly misrepresented as I did my best to provide ample photographs of each of the items.
