i recently saw a couple seamasters 145.016-68. . radial subdials (wow) and was just a super cool watch.

similar to this watch below. i am not familiar with these at all. . is there information about them anywhere ? when were they made ? were they made alongside the more traditional seamasters ? values ?

It heavily depends on the model (cal 861 / cal 321) and on the condition.

Considering a top condition, 861-powered variations sell around 3k usd. 321-powered are more around 4.5-5. In both cases, with a premium for the reverse panda.

The Racing dial is something different. Well, it's not really a Racing dial as it doesn't have a racing minute track, unlike its Speedmaster cousin - that's why we named it "Exotic". Only 4x 321-powered examples are known to me / only one of them sold for about 10k on Auctions in Geneva last summer (not the best condition from the 4 known). Only 1 (!) 861-powered example is known to me so far. So when it comes to price this variation, it's more about to find one for sale. One is offered on eBay at this very moment but the condition is ::puke::

At $10K though its a bargain compared to getting into a racing dial vintage speedy, and almost as attractive overall.

Well, honestly, for 10k I wouldn't even think if I'm willing to part with mine :D

there were 2 in this auction at fortuna. . seemed like bargains to me (based on my zero knoweldge!)

    https://auctions.fortunaauction.com...-seamaster-chronograph-ref-145016-68-in-steel

this one was cal 861 but truly NOS

this one cal 321, but bracelet but condition nowhere close to the first one (but good overall)

I have good reasons to think you're wrong, indeed ;)

Edit : you probably think it was owned by them because Sacha did this review before the auction where he mentioned that watch : https://www.fratellowatches.com/antiquorum-geneva-may-2018/ , isn't it? ;)
