Seamaster 120m hands replacement

hi all thanks for letting me join this forum I’m in need of advice to find a set of replacement hands for my seamaster 120m . As in the picture I have been told that they cannot be sourced so hoping for ant help . I have the 30mm midsize without the original hands . Any help advice is greatly appreciated

I know there are Service hands available for the 37mm models, might be worth to ask your boutique
